Same Day Appointments
The practice operates an appointment system which is designed to help patients obtain an appointment on the day that they phone.
We have qualified nurse practitioners available every day to deal with minor illnesses. When you ring for an appointment with the doctor, the receptionist will ask you if it is something the nurse practitioner can deal with such as:
You can also book a same day appointment online. If you wish to use the online appointment booking, please ring 01525 631390 or ask the receptionist for your username and password.
Pre-book Appointments
For those patients wishing to pre-book an appointment or would like to see a specific GP, a percentage of our appointments are available to book up to a month in advance with all the GPs.
To make an appointment please ring 01525 631391.
Booking an Appointment Online
You can book all GPs appoitments (same day and pre-bookable) Phlebotomy and Midwife appointments online.
If you wish to use the online appointment booking, you must register so please ring 01525 631390 or ask the receptionist for your username and password.
Chaperones are available if needed and clinically appropriate.
If you cannot keep your appointments please let our reception know, either by phoning the surgery, or cancelling your appointment online so someone else can have your appointment.
Please try to be punctual for your appointment, if you arrive more than 10 mintues late you will be asked to re-book, this is to avoid further delays to other patients.
We would like to ask our patients to prioritise only one or two problems to be discussed at each appointment. As this will help the Practitioner to run on time. We apologise that sometimes the GPs/Nurses run late due to another patient needing more time.
