Repeat Prescriptions

Patients taking regular medication should tick against each item required on the tear-off right hand side of your prescription. 

Prescription requests can be:

• Requested on line or,
• Faxed to the surgery on 01525 631393

Also the following chemists currently offer a collection service: Tesco pharmacy (Flitwick), Cheesemans (Ampthill), Marston and Meiklejohns where you can drop and collect your request

Please allow two full working days.

Wilstead Prescriptions

As a voluntary service to the village, repeat prescriptions can be requested in writing, deposited and collected from the Post Office. 

For your own privacy we ask that all communications to and from the surgery to Wilstead Post Office are put in an envelope.  

If you hand in your prescription to the post office can you put it in an envelope addressed to Greensand Surgery and enclose an envelope with your name and address clearly printed for its return.  The GP will drop off and collect requests daily before or after home visits.  The times will vary so we ask if you can order your medication in plenty of time.  Please allow at least four full working days for your request to be processed and returned to the post office.
