If you are a teenager you can make an appointment to see the GP or the practice nurse. Everything discussed with them is completely confidential - they won't tell anyone else. You can come on your own, with your mum or dad or with a friend. You can ask about absolutely anything you like, such as relationships, spots, bullying, contraception, weight problems etc.
