Travel Assessment

Regretfully, due to huge pressures on our nursing team, we are no longer able to provide specific advice on which vaccines you require for travel purposes. This information is widely available through reliable resources such as the ‘NHS Fit for Travel’ or ‘Travel Pro’ websites, along with essential non vaccine related travel health advice. Our Practice Nurses are still able to give any NHS funded vaccinations you may require for travel purposes – Hepatits A, Typhoid, and combined Tetanus/Diptheria/Polio.

Other vaccinations and/or more specific advice can be obtained through a private Travel Clinic, or your local Pharmacy – details of local services can be obtained from Reception or via our Practice website link. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change. Please speak to our Admin team if you have any outstanding questions or concerns about vaccination, which cannot be answered by accessing the previously mentioned resources.

Do you need vaccinations?

Before you travel, it’s important to find out whether you will need vaccinations for the country you’re visiting. The following websites will help you.
