To cancel your appointment:
- click on the “Manage your appointment link” in your appointment reminder text message
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or Airmid/NHS App)
- complete an online form
- phone us on 01525 631390 during opening hours
- using the GP online system: SystmOnline
Repeated failure to attend booked appointments may result with a practice management team meeting with you to discuss your ongoing care.
